Thank you for Supporting the Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic

Thank You

Your gift to the Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic is multiplied many times over in the services you make possible for adults who are uninsured, uninsured and low-income.

Because of you, our patients don’t have to ignore signs of health problems, or leave their prescriptions unfilled and their conditions untreated.  Your support helps our patients get the healthcare, dental care, and medicines they need to restore and maintain their health.

The impact of your support in 2021 includes:
  • More than 1,200 individuals received care for 4,400 medical and dental appointments
  • Patients were able to receive more than $1 million in dental care and $1.5 million in prescription medications
  • We increased our number of dental rooms from three to five
  • We added optometry services to our specialty services that includes cardiology, podiatry, dermatology, gynecology and more
  • We have more Spanish-speaking staff members who are able to serve as translators between doctors and patients
  • We became a COVID-19 vaccine and booster provider for anyone age 5 and older, and administered 173 vaccinations between October and November

Your gift today will have an important impact on the health of our community.

Increase your impact by setting up a monthly, quarterly or annual gift – just check the box on the gift form.
