Volunteer Application

We are grateful for individuals who are passionate about serving uninsured and underserved communities through clinical care, outreach, and support services.

This unified application is designed for both Pre-Professional (students / pre-health trainees) and Professional / Licensed Healthcare Volunteers. Based on how you identify your applicant type, the form will present role-specific questions relevant to your background and scope of practice.

Application Review & Processing Timeline

• Applications are reviewed on an as-needed, rolling basis in alignment with departmental capacity and current volunteer needs. Submission of a volunteer application does not guarantee placement.
• Please allow up to three (3) weeks from the time your application and all required supporting documents are submitted for processing and review.

For Pre-Health Volunteers: We require a minimum of a 1-year commitment.

Additionally, as a volunteer we require a minimum of 2-3 shifts per month to remain active. Please keep that in mind when filling out the application.

Once all materials are received, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your application is complete. Our team will then contact you when positions become available that align with your interests, credentials, and availability.

Applicants selected for conditional placement may be required to provide identification, immunization documentation, TB screening, and other onboarding materials relevant to the volunteer role.
