PATH Diabetes Workshop – Online

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Adults of all ages may attend, including adults with prediabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and their family members/caregivers.

DESCRIPTION:
A six-week workshop where participants learn strategies to help:

• Deal with difficult emotions
• Develop a healthy eating and exercise plan
• Set goals
• Problem solve
• Learn a variety of other tools to manage diabetes

**You must have the ability to use audio and video features to participate in this online workshop**
