Every year, we ask you to “Stay at Home to Make a Difference”. This year, it has a whole new meaning — it literally saves lives.
With your help, GBCHC will work to make sure access to healthcare for the most vulnerable members of our community is available during this difficult time. Many of the gaps in our healthcare system have been exposed by this crisis, and more of our friends and neighbors are falling into them than ever before. In 2019, GBCHC provided more than 5,300 appointments for life-saving care, and this year, the need will be even greater. By attending our “Stay at Home and Make a Difference” event, we can be there to continue emergency dental treatments, fill patient prescriptions, and provide Telemedicine, bringing expertise and lifesaving treatments GBCHC is known for just when our community needs it most. Doris and Norma Van Gorp Foundation is matching every dollar donated with $2 to ensure our community has the resources it needs.
$25 = 1 month of diabetic testing supplies
$50 = Five courses of antibiotics
$100 = A complete dental exam and treatment
$1,000 = Lab work for all patients for one month
